American Services Group (ASG)

A private unified conglomerate of Unincorporated International Associations (UIAs)

Communications, Protection, Investigations, Intelligence, Education & Training

Operational Divisions

ASG operates through a private trust structure of unified informational and educational services — a federation of Unincorporated International Associations (UIAs), each specializing in a critical operational and educational domain under Original, Superior, Concurrent, General Jurisdiction (OSCGJ). The lanes never merge:

  • American Peacekeeping Communications (APC) — dispatch centers, radio hardware, and field communications, powered by SOCOMM (Sovereign Communications; not US SOCOM). Includes the APC Mobile Dispatch Emergency Services Unit (APCMD ESU), staffed by triple-certified operators in Tactical, Technical Rescue, and Medical, each carrying a Communications Specialist credential.

  • Office of Intelligence and Investigations Command Division (OIIC) — investigations, intelligence collection, evidence analysis, and forensic accounting.

  • Federation of States Executive Protection Services (FOSEPS) — executive and infrastructure protection, advance operations, and threat assessment.

  • Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) and the Continental Marshals Service (CMS) — lawful field peacekeeping, service and support operations.

  • American Peacekeeping Academy (APA) — the unified education and credentialing umbrella, housing the American Peacekeeping Executive Association (APEA), the Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies (ITAGS) continuing-education division, the American Coastal and Littoral Academy (ACLA), and AIMDI — the Multi-Purpose Working Dog (MPWD) and Decoy/Helper Training Standards commission.

  • Medical Command Division (MEDCOM) — tactical medicine, emergency services, and medical oversight.

  • Aviation Command Division (AVCOM) — manned and unmanned air operations.

  • Maritime, Littoral and Inland Lakes Command Division — maritime security, anti-piracy, diving, and littoral operations, anchored by the American Coastal and Littoral Academy (ACLA), the Technical Rescue and maritime-credential backbone; covers crewed vessels and unmanned maritime vehicles and vessels.

  • Global Services Group (GSG) — the international (OCONAM) arm, extending ASG capability beyond Continental America under private international contract.

National Dispatch and Drone Coordination Center (NDCC)

The National Dispatch and Drone Coordination Center (NDCC) runs dispatch governance, drone-incursion response, and a national clearinghouse, and coordinates the National Drone Incursion Database (NDDI). It integrates SOCOMM for routing and resilience only — never lane merging.

  • Sentinel — jurisdiction-aware AI triage across Police, Fire, and EMS. Runs national dispatch coordination, telemetry, audit trails, and governance loops, consuming data from APCMD ESU, FOSEPS, OIIC, MEDCOM, and unmanned air and maritime assets (UAS / C-UAS) without merging lanes.

  • Sentinel-JA (Jurisdiction-Aware Authority) — confirms which authority lawfully holds each call (de facto municipal/state, or American Services under OSCGJ) and routes it to the correct oversight hooks.

  • Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) / Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) — air-domain awareness and drone-incursion defense, with unmanned maritime vehicle and vessel coordination.

From advanced dispatch and communications systems education to tactical field operations, executive protection, intelligence and investigations, maritime and littoral security, unmanned air and maritime systems, jurisdiction-aware dispatch coordination, and eLearning certification, ASG delivers real-world capability — on scene, on time, and on record.
